Hotel Smart Cruise in Civitavecchia exceeded all our expectations during our recent stay. the property is not only incredibly clean and centrally located but also offers beautiful surroundings that truly set the tone for a relaxing holiday. the staff, especially John and Luca, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness, making us feel truly welcome. the convenience of the free shuttle service to the cruise port, just around the corner from the hotel, made our journey seamless and stress, free. Luca's warm welcome and valuable recommendations added a personal touch to our experience, and his assistance with our luggage was greatly appreciated. the room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the amenities we could ask for, from the air conditioning and soundproofing to the safety deposit box and flat, screen TV. the attention to detail, including the complimentary Italy magnet upon checkout, showed a level of care that is truly commendable.
